Andrew has been performing live for over 25 years throughout the United Kingdom and New Zealand.\nMaurice Bradshaw (percussion and vocals)\nAs the only kiwi in the band Maurice has been playing drums locally and throughout New Zealand for over 20 years. Originally a jazz percussionist Maurice was lured to the big sounding British bands of the 60s\, 70s and 80s. Being an accomplished vocalist in his own right\, Maurice adds the elusive voice to create 3 part harmonies on many of the songs Strange Brew perform.\nSteve Roach (bass)\nSteve is of Irish decent and with that he not only brings the luck of the Irish but also the Irish passion for music. Having played with many hard rock bands over many years\, Steve enjoys the lighter pace of the Best of British review and the ability to add to some of the more subtle music which is played during the show.

DESCRIPTION:NASHA REWIND – A RETRO PARTY – 6TH OCT – TICKETED EVENT!\nNASHA & NASHA ENTERTAINMENT was conceptualized in 2012 to bring Bollywood to the local community here in Auckland. Over the years this continues to evolve. Nasha was the first band to encompass a kiwi dance team to perform to Bollywood songs at various Indian festivals. Then came mash ups\, merging Western Pop with Bollywood hits adding more kiwi performers into the mix. We continue to do this and have had the pleasure to work with so many talented singers\, musicians and dancers. In the last few years\, the concept has grown to include many more ethnicities and all age groups too into the mix\, covering modern Pop and Rock\, Country Music\, Tribute shows to Abba\, The Beatles\, The Eagles and CCR\, before COVID hit. \nIn 2022 NASHA attempted to do a small Multi Cultural Concert of Song & Dance but with COVID always lurking in the shadows\, this was called off…however\, this current team emerged from the ashes. In June 2023\, the band paid Tribute to the Blues\, with a successful fundraiser to help victims of the recent floods (via the NZ Red Cross) covering artists like BB King\, Eric Clapton\, Jimi Hendrix\, Stevie Ray Vaughan and more. \nThe band and a small dance team\, THE NASHA COLLECTIVE\, are looking forward to performing at the Paraoa Brewery and this time around\, a trip down memory lane\, music from the 60’s\, 70’s and 80’s. So we will take songs from these 3 decades\, (a set each) that should get you on the dance floor. Having toured for the last 20 years all over NZ\, Australia\, and South East Asia in some of the largest festivals with big names such as The Angels\, Rose Tattoo\, Jimmy Barnes\, to our kiwi icons such as Shihad\, Deja Voodoo\, and I Am Giant. These boys are no children in the music industry and are genuine rock veterans.
