Paraoa Brewing is proud to present “Midge Marsden” with a live performance on Sunday 17th November at 4.30pm. Midge is a famous New Zealand Blues and R&B guitarist, harmonica-player, and singer with a musical career spanning four decades.
Midge is receiving a Star on the NZ Walk of Fame and we are celebrating with Midge and other great artists at Paraoa Brewing and we want you to join us
Midge was voted New Zealand Entertainer of the Year in 1990, and his 1991 album Burning Rain later went Gold, in October 2018 he was presented with the President’s Medallion from the Variety Artists Club of New Zealand.
In the 2006 New Year Honours, Midge Marsden was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to music.
This is a historic occassion for one of New Zealand’s own!
